To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective item,

  • Or the wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Gift Cards (if applicable).


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
